Yes, you should.
I have the sphygmomanometer at home which doctors use and suggest. I can tell you that the readings are fairly accurate with a error rate of +/-5units which is totally acceptable. I tested it multiple times and +/-5 was the maximum deviation from the readings as compared to the sphygmomanometer. So you should totally buy it.

Q:How do I use it?
A:The product comes with the batteries. Insert batteries and press the power button. It asks to adjust date and time, just do it. Then tie the cuff to your left hand, press power button. You're done.
